1. Non-Collateral Based Loan

• • General Loan

It is the main type of loan which is available for all the type of business. In this loan, maximum amount will be 7  lakh and the time duration will be 5 years.

• • Seasonal Loan

For the seasonal business of the member, seasonal loan is provided. In this type of loan maximum amount will be 1 lakh and the time duration will be 1 year. The member can take this loan 3 time in a year.

• • Emergency Loan

While in emergency of the member like medical, social welfare programme and other emergency work, emergency loan is provided. In this type of loan member can get maximum amount Rs. 10000/- for the 1 Year.

• • Motherhood Loan

For the safe motherhood facilities and care of female diseases of member and her family this loan is provided. The maximum amount will be 1 Lakh thousands and according to the situation the maximum time duration will be 18 Month.

• • Business Restoration Loan

For those Members who suffers loss in business from different circumstances this loan is provided. The maximum amount will be 1 Lakh and according to the situation the maximum time duration will be 3 year.

2. Collateral Based Loan

• • Collateral Loan

This loan is provided by keeping the land document of the member. The maximum amount will be 7 lakh and time duration will be of 5 year.

• • Individual Loan

This loan is provided for Non Member by keeping the land/ any collateral document of the Non-member. The maximum amount will be 7 lakh and time duration will be of 5 year.

Note:
Service Charge will be taken According to Circular Published by Nepal Rastra Bank.
Penalty Interest on Loan Over Due Principal Amount as below:
— From 1 to 30 days 1 percent in Overdue Principal.
— From 31 to 60 days 2 percent in Overdue Principal.
— Above 61 days 3 percent in Overdue Principal.
